Please email us at: info@casaesperanza.com.  A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance may be paid upon check-in, in dollars or pesos, cash or travelers cheques, we are unable to process credit cards on site. ATM & money exchange facilities are located 2 blocks away from the B&B. You may send your deposit by the following options:
  • Inter-net secure server, Credit Card Payment, using Paypal
  • Inter-net secure server, Credit Card Payment, using Moneygram or Western Union
  • Travelers Cheques, Cashier's Cheque or Postal Money Order sent via registered mail
  • Refunds will be granted for cancellations made 21 days before arrival, less applicable fees. Cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival may use the deposit as credit towards a future reservation
  • Special rates published are applicable at the time reservation is booked
  • All rooms are non-smoking; smoking is permitted in the patio areas only
  • Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 p.m. Late arrivals are not a problem, we are always here to greet you no matter what the time
  • Please, no guests under 12 years of age
